| THIS FRIDAY PEOPLE!!!!!!! Friday July 18th a wee bunch of us have organised a benefit night in memory of our good friend Patrick “Happy” Coleman. Happy Night is taking place in Limericks Dolans Warehouse from 6pm until rather late. 11 Jul New Post shocker!!Ok,ok, I have been disgracefully neglegent in posting lately.I will try to be more frequent and diligent in future. Right so while i’m thinkin up some stuff to spew check the right hand side of the Blog and you will see a new category ,Mixes.. I hope you enjoy it and please feel free to comment back.. Have a good weekend!! I haven’t much to say about him as i am quite upset at the loss to Jazz music and music in general.. I will just say that he was one of the most talented pianists in Jazz for the last 20 years and I had the pleasure of meeting him twice and he was a fucking gentleman to boot. The last time I saw him play was in The Belltable about 5 or 6 years ago during a storm and it was fantastic.. Here is a video of him and the band in action.
He will be missed.. Yes it is an actual post from me after more than 2 weeks.
